One weekend I was very upset by something and realised that while I am out, I can just wonder around Sydney. That’s why I took an L3 trip to the terminus. This is the first time for me to take the L3, and it is quite a different experience. Of course, I did wonder a bit around UNSW and there’s not much change… Just interestingly there are quite a few people going to UNSW on a Sunday.
Speaking of images, I took them at the terminus of L3, Juniors Kingford. It has 2 platforms with the centre is a bus stop. The two images face north and the first image is taken from the set down platform. Where the tram will run to the south and pass the bus lanes to turn back. The second image is taken where the tram will come back and take passengers. The bus bay serves route 400 (It will have a new name, but can’t remember from top of head) from the Airport. I like this design especially this is where the light rail (L3) has been able to extend to Maroubra Junction, passengers from there can take off the bus here and take L3 instead and do the same from the afternoon.
