Got this sticker when visiting my orthodontist. I found this message has some meaning to me and would be a good memory.

今天下午有一點鬱悶，不過健身時意外地做了一些個人記錄(PR)，這種突然的成就感令我忘記了不快。頭先我回想起今天是有些不快，但忘記了內容是什麼。
